Tap the "+" button on the Home screen and select from three import methods:

  • M3U URL - Enter a playlist URL directly
  • M3U File - Import from your device storage
  • Xtream Codes API - Enter your server credentials

Flux IPTV supports the following playlist formats:

  • M3U and M3U8 playlists
  • Xtream Codes API
  • XMLTV for EPG data

To reduce buffering, try increasing the network cache:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Player
  3. Select Network Caching
  4. Choose a higher buffer duration (5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds)

Higher values provide smoother playback but may increase initial load time.

No. Flux IPTV is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, or other content.

You must obtain your own M3U playlist or Xtream API credentials from a legitimate IPTV service provider.

iCloud Sync is a premium feature. To enable it:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Enable the iCloud Sync toggle

This will automatically synchronize your playlists, favorites, watch history, and video positions across all your Apple devices.

To restore your premium purchase:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Restore Purchase

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

To add an EPG (Electronic Program Guide):

  1. Go to the EPG tab
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Enter a name and your XMLTV URL
  4. Choose auto-update interval (6, 12, or 24 hours) if desired

For Xtream playlists, EPG is automatically fetched from your provider.

While watching a video, tap the PiP button in the top-right corner of the player. The video will continue playing in a small floating window while you use other apps.

You can also swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or press Home) while video is playing to automatically enter PiP mode.

Yes! To manage category visibility:

  1. Open a playlist
  2. Tap the sliders icon (≡) next to the search bar
  3. Toggle off categories you want to hide
  4. You can also reorder categories by dragging

Hidden categories won't appear in your list but can be restored anytime.

During playback, tap the screen to show controls, then use the bottom control bar:

  • Audio - Tap the speaker icon to switch between audio tracks
  • Subtitles - Tap the caption icon to select subtitle tracks

Available options depend on what your stream provides. You can also set preferred languages in Settings.

Yes! To enable automatic playlist updates:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Enable Auto-Update Playlists

When enabled, playlists are automatically refreshed every 24 hours to keep your channel list current.

Flux IPTV uses an advanced FFmpeg-based player supporting:

  • Containers: TS, MP4, MKV, AVI, FLV, and more
  • Video Codecs: H.264, H.265/HEVC, MPEG-2, VP9
  • Audio Codecs: AAC, AC3, MP3, DTS
  • Streaming: HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP, HTTP

To enable parental controls:

  1. Go to SettingsParental Control
  2. Create a PIN (minimum 4 digits)

Once enabled, you can:

  • Require PIN - Lock the entire app on launch
  • Lock hidden categories - Require PIN to view hidden categories
